Norton antiviruses are designed to prevent viruses and spyware from spreading.

But some people are having trouble getting Norton to work with their computer, and it’s not because they’re not familiar with the antivirus’s settings.

Make sure you have Norton’s Antivirus software installed on your computer.

Click Start, click Control Panel, click Security Settings.3.

Click Internet Options.4.

Click Security & Privacy.5.

Under the General tab, click the Show Advanced tab.6.

Click the Advanced tab under General.7.

In the Advanced section, click Show advanced settings.8.

Click OK to close the Advanced settings window.9.

Click Troubleshoot and then click Yes to accept the Norton Internet Control Wizard’s terms and conditions.10.

Check the box to allow Norton to configure your computer’s network connection.11.

Check to confirm that Norton’s Internet Security software is installed and configured properly.
